to Veterans who are eligible in Fayette, Greene and Washington Counties.
Consumers in this program select their service providers from a list of local agencies and companies licensed by the State. Twin Oaks Home Care, Inc. is a local company licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to provide Veterans Home Care Services.
