Employee Responsibilities
All of our employees are required to complete a 40 hour in-service training program and pass a competency test before they are scheduled to work in a patient's home. Training includes policy & procedure orientation, infection control, emergency response procedures, and in-home patient care training.
Our employees are also required to complete an annual competency test.
